School ranked 2nd in 2010 Times Good University Guide

The School of Geography and the Environment has been ranked 2nd in the 2010 Times Good University Guide with a total score of 95.

The University of Oxford has been named Britain's best university for the eighth year in a row, scoring the top marks overall for staffing levels, degree classifications and spending on student facilities. The Guide ranks Universities and subjects by eight criteria including research quality; graduate prospects; student satisfaction; the ratio of staff to students; spending on services and facilities; and entry standards.
